These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Travos.ai ("Travos.ai," "we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of the Travos.ai platform and services, including our website at travos.ai and any other media form, media channel, mobile application, or service related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Terms are posted.
Travos.ai provides automated cloud infrastructure deployment services, including but not limited to:
a) Managed Pod Deployments: Automated provisioning and management of containerized applications on Kubernetes infrastructure, including n8n workflow automation and Langflow deployments.
b) Infrastructure Management: CPU, memory, and storage allocation for customer workloads running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the US East (Virginia) region.
c) Custom Domain Support: Configuration of custom domains pointing to customer deployments.
d) GitHub Integration: Connection to customer GitHub repositories for automated deployment pipelines.
e) Monitoring and Metrics: Access to usage metrics and resource consumption data for customer pods.
The specific features, resources, and limitations available to you depend on your selected subscription plan as described on our Pricing page at travos.ai/#pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (typically 30 days) of any material changes that negatively impact your use of the Services, except in cases of:
To use Travos.ai Services, you must:
a) Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
b) Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
c) Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws or regulations;
d) If registering on behalf of an organization, have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to:
a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process;
b) Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
c) Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
d) Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
e) Notify us immediately at security@travos.ai of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any API keys. Travos.ai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We strongly recommend using strong, unique passwords for your account.
Travos.ai offers various subscription plans with different features, resource allocations, and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available at travos.ai/#pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan, you:
a) Agree to Polar.sh's terms of service and privacy policy;
b) Authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method;
c) Authorize us to share necessary billing information with Polar.sh.
a) Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis;
b) Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a paid plan;
c) Charges are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy.
If a payment fails or is declined:
a) We will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over a 7-day period;
b) Your access to Services may be suspended after repeated failed payments;
c) We may downgrade your account to a free tier or terminate your account after 14 days of non-payment;
d) You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.
We may change our prices at any time. For existing subscriptions:
a) Price increases will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following 30 days' written notice;
b) We will notify you via email at the address associated with your account;
c) If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added tax, sales tax, use tax, or withholding taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Services, excluding taxes based on Travos.ai's net income.

If Travos.ai fails to successfully provision your requested infrastructure due to our platform error:
a) You are entitled to a full refund of the payment for that specific service;
b) Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made;
c) Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through your original payment method.
Except for provisioning failures due to platform errors:
a) All subscription fees are non-refundable;
b) No refunds will be provided for partial periods of service;
c) No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms;
d) Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid fees.
To request a refund for a provisioning failure, contact support@travos.ai within 7 days of the failed provisioning with your account details and a description of the issue.
Travos.ai commits to maintaining 99.5% monthly uptime for customer pod deployments ("Uptime Commitment"). Uptime is calculated as:
Uptime % = ((Total Minutes in Month - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes in Month) × 100
"Downtime" means periods when your deployed pod is not accessible via the network due to issues within Travos.ai's control. Downtime does NOT include:
a) Scheduled maintenance (with at least 24 hours advance notice);
b) Issues caused by your code, configuration, or third-party integrations;
c) Force majeure events (as defined in Section 16);
d) Connectivity issues outside our infrastructure (DNS, ISP, end-user network);
e) Brief interruptions during automated pod migrations (typically less than 2 minutes);
f) Suspension of your account due to non-payment or Terms violation;
g) Your intentional actions or requests (e.g., pod deletion, scaling to zero);
h) Beta features explicitly marked as experimental.
If we fail to meet the 99.5% Uptime Commitment in any calendar month, you may request service credits according to the following schedule:

To request service credits:
a) Submit your request to support@travos.ai within 30 days of the end of the month in which the downtime occurred;
b) Include specific dates, times (with time zone), and a description of the downtime you experienced;
c) Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots, logs, monitoring data);
d) Credits are applied to future billing cycles, not refunded as cash;
e) Maximum total credit per month: 50% of that month's subscription fees.
Our infrastructure uses automated scaling and maintenance processes that may migrate pods between nodes. These migrations are designed to be seamless but may cause brief service interruptions of typically less than 2 minutes. Such migrations are considered normal operation and not downtime, provided total migration-related interruptions do not exceed 30 minutes per month.
This SLA does not apply to:
a) Free tier accounts or trial periods;
b) Beta features, experimental services, or services marked "as-is";
c) Services during the first 48 hours after initial provisioning;
d) Downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You may use Travos.ai Services to:
a) Deploy and run legitimate workflow automation applications;
b) Host containerized applications for lawful business purposes;
c) Connect GitHub repositories you own or have authorization to use;
d) Access and analyze your usage metrics and logs;
e) Integrate with third-party APIs and services for legitimate purposes.
You agree NOT to use Travos.ai Services for any of the following prohibited activities:
a) Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
b) Infringing on intellectual property rights of others;
c) Distributing illegal content or facilitating illegal transactions;
d) Engaging in fraud, phishing, identity theft, or other deceptive practices;
e) Storing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - violations are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
f) Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work blockchain operations;
g) Running distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or participating in botnets;
h) Deliberately attempting to exhaust system resources or circumvent usage limits;
i) Reselling or redistributing our Services without explicit written authorization;
j) Using our Services to provide hosting services to third parties;
k) Implementing infinite loops, resource forks, or other resource-exhausting code.
l) Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code;
m) Hosting spam infrastructure or sending unsolicited commercial communications;
n) Hosting content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
o) Engaging in harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior;
p) Hosting phishing sites or credential harvesting operations.
q) Attempting to access other customers' data, accounts, or infrastructure;
r) Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of our systems without prior written authorization;
s) Interfering with service to other customers;
t) Circumventing or bypassing security measures, authentication mechanisms, or access controls;
u) Reverse engineering our proprietary software (except as permitted by applicable law).
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
a) Warning and request to remedy the violation within a specified timeframe;
b) Temporary suspension of your Services;
c) Immediate termination of your account without refund;
d) Reporting to law enforcement authorities if required by law;
e) Legal action to recover damages and costs.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy and to take appropriate action, including removal of content and termination of accounts.
Each subscription plan includes specific resource allocations (CPU, memory, storage, network bandwidth). Exceeding these limits may result in:
a) Automatic throttling of your services;
b) Additional charges at our published overage rates (if applicable to your plan);
c) Temporary suspension until you upgrade your plan or reduce usage;
d) Contact from our support team to discuss your usage patterns.
We monitor resource usage metrics (CPU, memory, storage, network) to ensure platform stability and fair use. We do not routinely inspect the content of your applications or workflows, but we reserve the right to investigate if we receive reports of violations or detect suspicious patterns.
Travos.ai and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to:
a) The Travos.ai platform, website, and user interface;
b) Our proprietary software, APIs, infrastructure code, and related technology;
c) The Travos.ai name, logo, trademarks, and service marks;
d) Documentation, tutorials, marketing materials, and content we create;
e) Any improvements, modifications, or derivative works of the above;
f) Aggregated, anonymized usage data and statistics derived from the Services.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Travos.ai. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Services as described in these Terms.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to:
a) Your workflow configurations and automation logic;
b) Your source code stored in connected GitHub repositories;
c) Data processed by your deployed applications ("Customer Data");
d) Your custom configurations, environment variables, and deployment settings;
e) Any content, data, or materials you upload or create using the Services.
Travos.ai claims no ownership rights over your content or Customer Data.
You grant Travos.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
a) Host, run, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Services;
b) Create backups and copies of your data for operational purposes, disaster recovery, and business continuity;
c) Access your deployments and configurations for maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and security purposes;
d) Generate anonymized, aggregated usage statistics and analytics for internal business purposes, product improvement, and marketing (without identifying you or your specific data).
This license terminates when you delete your content, close your account, or terminate these Terms, except that:
If you provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use such Feedback without restriction or compensation. We may use your Feedback to improve the Services, develop new features, or for any other business purpose.
The Services may incorporate or utilize third-party software components subject to separate open-source or commercial licenses. Your use of such components is governed by their respective license terms.
You own all data that you upload, create, process, or store through Travos.ai Services ("Customer Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights to your Customer Data.
Travos.ai personnel may access Customer Data only in the following limited circumstances:
a) With Your Request: When you contact support and explicitly request assistance that requires accessing your data;
b) Service Provision: As necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our Services (e.g., backups, migrations, scaling);
c) Security and Compliance: To investigate suspected violations of these Terms, security incidents, or as required to protect our systems and other customers;
d) Legal Requirements: As required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We do NOT routinely access the content of your workflows, applications, or processed data. Our standard monitoring is limited to infrastructure-level metrics such as:
We do not inspect, analyze, or access application-level data or business logic unless required for support or security purposes as described above.
Your Customer Data and deployments are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the US East (N. Virginia) region. By using our Services, you consent to your data being processed and stored in this location.
If you require data storage in different geographic regions for compliance or data residency requirements, please contact us at support@travos.ai to discuss custom arrangements.
You may export your data at any time through the following methods:
a) Your connected GitHub repositories contain your source code and configurations;
b) Export features within your deployed applications (e.g., n8n backup/export functions);
c) API access to retrieve your deployment configurations and settings;
d) Requesting a data export by contacting support@travos.ai (we will provide data in JSON or CSV format within 30 days).
Upon account termination or cancellation:
a) Your deployed pods and associated infrastructure will be deleted within 30 days;
b) Active data will be removed from production systems within 30 days;
c) Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days as part of our disaster recovery procedures;
d) Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely;
e) We may retain certain data as required by law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, audit logs).
You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting privacy@travos.ai. We will comply with deletion requests within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
When you connect a GitHub repository to Travos.ai:
a) You authorize Travos.ai to access your repository contents for deployment purposes;
b) You represent and warrant that you have the right to authorize this access;
c) We access only the repositories you explicitly connect via OAuth authorization;
d) We use GitHub OAuth tokens securely and do not store your GitHub password;
e) You may revoke Travos.ai's access at any time through your GitHub account settings.
Your deployments and workflows may integrate with third-party services, APIs, databases, and external platforms. You acknowledge and agree that:
a) You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party terms of service;
b) You are responsible for costs associated with third-party API usage and services;
c) You are responsible for the security of API keys, credentials, and secrets you store or use;
d) Travos.ai is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service failures, changes, or unavailability;
e) Integration with third-party services does not imply endorsement by Travos.ai.
Travos.ai uses the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Our use of these services is governed by our contracts with them and their respective privacy policies. We select service providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. However, we are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for:
a) The availability or accuracy of such websites or resources;
b) The content, products, or services available from such websites or resources;
c) The privacy practices or terms of service of third parties.
You access third-party websites and services at your own risk.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
a) MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
b) THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
c) THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED;
d) THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS;
e) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAVOS.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
a) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
b) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES;
c) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES;
d) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
e) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
f) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT OR DATA;
g) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES;
h) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES;
i) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES;
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
a) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAVOS.AI IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR
b) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO:
a) Your violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms;
b) Your indemnification obligations under Section 12;
c) Your payment obligations;
d) Liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence;
e) Liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law;
f) Our intentional misconduct or fraud.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PRICING OF OUR SERVICES REFLECTS THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND THAT WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES TO YOU WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRAVOS.AI AND THAT ABSENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS, THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ECONOMIC TERMS, WOULD BE SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend (at our option), and hold harmless Travos.ai, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (collectively, "Travos.ai Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising from:
a) Your use of and access to the Services;
b) Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
c) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right, or proprietary right;
d) Your Customer Data or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services;
e) Your workflows, applications, or deployments on our platform;
f) Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party;
g) Your violation of any law, regulation, or rights of any third party;
h) Any dispute or issue between you and any third party.
We will:
a) Promptly notify you in writing of any claim subject to indemnification (failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve your obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced);
b) Provide reasonable cooperation in the defense of such claim at your expense;
c) Allow you to control the defense and settlement of the claim, provided that:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
Your indemnification obligations will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
These Terms commence on the date you first access or use the Services and continue until terminated in accordance with this Section.
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time by:
a) Using the account settings and cancellation features in your dashboard; or
b) Contacting us at support@travos.ai with a termination request.
Upon cancellation initiated by you:
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services:
a) For convenience, for any reason or no reason, with 30 days' written notice;
b) If we discontinue the Services or a specific feature you rely on.
c) For material violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
d) For non-payment after the cure period described in Section 4;
e) If required by law or by a governmental authority;
f) If your use of the Services poses a security risk or threat to us, other customers, or our infrastructure;
g) For suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or illegal use;
h) If we determine that providing Services to you has become impractical or unlawful;
i) For repeated minor violations after warnings.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice even in immediate termination scenarios, but we are not required to do so if we determine that notice would:
Upon termination or expiration of these Terms for any reason:
a) Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases;
b) Your deployed pods and infrastructure will be terminated;
c) You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts owed through the date of termination;
d) All licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate;
e) You must immediately cease all use of our trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials.
Following termination:
a) You have 7 days to export any data from your deployments before they are terminated (if your account was not terminated for cause and access is not immediately revoked);
b) We will delete your Customer Data and deployments within 30 days of termination;
c) Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days as part of our disaster recovery procedures;
d) We may retain data as required by law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records for tax compliance, audit logs for security).

The following sections will survive termination of these Terms:
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@travos.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
Provide a written description of the dispute, including:
We will attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [TO BE DETERMINED - State/Country where company is incorporated], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiations shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [TO BE DETERMINED - City, State/Country], and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Note: The governing law and jurisdiction sections will be updated once the company entity is formally established.
YOU AND TRAVOS.AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both you and Travos.ai agree otherwise in writing, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose, or else such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
Notwithstanding the above:
a) Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations;
b) Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for such court.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion. When we make changes to these Terms:
a) We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms;

No waiver of any breach of these Terms will constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
By You: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
By Us: We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. We will notify you of any such assignment that materially affects your rights.
Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than you and Travos.ai. No third party will have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms (except for payment obligations) resulting from circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
The affected party must promptly notify the other party of the force majeure event and make reasonable efforts to mitigate its effects. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected Services upon written notice.

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail and control.
The relationship between you and Travos.ai is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise, or representative relationship between the parties.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
You represent and warrant that you are not:
a) Located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to U.S. embargo;
b) On any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
c) Using the Services for any purpose prohibited by U.S. law, including the development or production of weapons of mass destruction.
If you are a U.S. government entity, the Services constitute "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212, and are provided to the U.S. government with only those rights as are granted to all other users pursuant to these Terms.
